LIVE ANIMAL PURCHASE GUARANTEE

 

All animals purchased from us are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding consistently and accurately sexed, unless otherwise clearly stated and specifically communicated to and agreed upon by the buyer beforehand. However, mistakes do occasionally happen when sexing an animal, in the event this occurs please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

 

Animal care records including feedings, sheds, etc. will be provided standard when purchasing an animal from us.

 

 

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

 

Wekiva Herpetoculture LLC offers a Live Arrival Guarantee under the conditions listed below:

 • Temperatures at the outgoing FedEx Ship Center, any FedEx flight transfer hubs for the shipment, and the final destination FedEx Ship  Center are all within the range of 40-90° F.

 
• Shipments must be picked up by the customer at the agreed upon FedEx Ship Center within three hours of arrival.

 • If the animal is D.O.A. (Dead Upon Arrival) you must contact us immediately to report the incident, within one hour of pickup. We require clear photographs of both the deceased animal and the shipment’s packaging within this timeframe.

SHIPPING

 

All shipments will be carried out on a Tuesday or Wednesday via FedEx overnight hub to hub service. Tuesday is our preferred shipping day as it has the lowest risk in the event of any delays that may occur while the shipment is in transit to the customer’s destination FedEx hub. Direct to door shipments are not an option. Shipping arrangements will be communicated and agreed upon between us and the customer before an order is shipped out.

 

 

PAYMENT

Prepayment is required in full before any animal can be shipped. Please contact us before sending any payments to receive confirmation that the animal(s) you are looking to purchase are still available for sale.

 

 

PAYMENT PLANS AND DEPOSITS

Wekiva Herpetoculture LLC will offer payment plans with a duration of 30, 45 or 60 days on purchases above $1,000. Payment plans will be handled on a case by case basis and requires discussion between us and the buyer to determine the specific acceptable length of the payment plan before coming to an agreement.  At that point, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required.

REFUNDS

Deposits made will be fully refundable in the event that Wekiva Herpetoculture LLC is no longer able to provide you with the animal(s) that were previously communicated and agreed upon for purchase by the customer.

Deposits for a payment plan made on animals that are past due beyond the agreed upon payment plan duration will be non-refundable. At that point of time, Wekiva Herpetoculture LLC may put the animal(s) back up for sale at our discretion. Emergency situations sometimes arise in life that affect the ability to uphold the original agreed upon payment plan, such situations will be handled on a case by case basis. In such an event, please reach out to us and we will do our best to try and work this out with you in a reasonable manner.

 

All livestock sales are final. Once an animal has left our facility, no returns will be permitted, as we lose control over any potential pathogens and environmental conditions that the animal may be exposed to from that point forward that could put our collection at risk if the animal were brought back into our facility.

 

Refunds will not be issued on animals once they leave our facility, please refer to our Live Animal Purchase Guarantee and Live Arrival Guarantee listed above.
